Oh dear pity my coffee beans. The package was originally sent to the Studio but since we won’t be in during the MCO, I managed to get them to send it to my home instead.

After a few days of ding-dong (it’s a weird back and forth transit in the tracking system), i received this message from the courier company. Feeling sorry for my beans, but they have to dispose it and I’d have to get my refund.

It wasn’t a pain process of getting a refund, but the seller has to absorb the damage because it was a) food/perishable item and b) apparently those 2 items are “send at your own risk the platform won’t cover your bottom” kind of transaction.

This is not a rant but i feel amused by the whole thing. And of course i feel sorry for the coffee beans and the seller that needed to bear this damage.

I reordered the same package from the same seller and it arrived well and before the entire refund process was completed.

I just need my coffee 😂
